Looking back, I wish someone had told me just how challenging this journey would be—but also that it would be worth every moment. Building something from the ground up is tougher than most imagine, but the rewards run deep.
One of the biggest obstacles I faced was after we sold Spotii to Zip. Just months later, Zip decided to exit the market, leaving us without shareholder support and at odds with our long-term goals.
My co-founder and I had a choice: let the setback define us or trust in the technology we’d built. That faith allowed us to pivot, and while the path forward wasn’t what we had planned, it led us to solutions we hadn’t considered before.
